A hybrid dogwood (Cornus florida X Cornus kousa) with a dense spreading habit. Leaves are deep green. White flower bracts are large (3 to 4 '' in diameter). Plant is sterile and produces no fruit. Fall leaf color is an attractive shade of purple. Prefers sun to part shade in well-drained soil. Resistant to anthracnose and dogwood borer. 18' tall x 20' wide in 10 years. USDA zone 5.
